NEO-DECK (Integrated Deck Plate)

NEO-DECK (integrated type) is an integrated deck formed by shaping ribs on steel plate and automatically welding the Truss Girder (TG) to the steel sheet (0.5T), forming a one-piece deck.

Key Feature Where traditional plywood construction required temporary supports (shoring), the integrated NEO-DECK transfers construction loads to the pre-assembled Truss Girder (TG), enabling support-free (no shoring) construction in many cases.

*Integrated DECK :
Hot-dip galvanized steel plate + Truss Girder (TG) are combined and delivered to site as finished material. On-site rebar quantity can be reduced by 30%, and because temporary supports are unnecessary (for spans under conditions — spans over 4m may require supports per structural calculation), construction time can be reduced by approximately 30%x
